Winmar Resources Limited is an emerging, ASX-listed junior mineral resources company focused on developing a major iron ore project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
The core asset is the Hamersley Iron Project which –is an advanced exploration target with excellent development potential.
Winmar aims to maximise shareholder value through the targeted exploration and development of the Hamersley Project – which is situated in a prime location adjacent to major operating mines and infrastructure.
The Hamersley Project is subject to a Joint Venture Agreement with Cazaly Iron Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cazaly Resource (ASX: CAZ). Winmar has earned a 51% interest in the project through meeting exploration expenditure requirements, and continues to manage the project.
Winmar has an experienced Board and management team, which is focused on achieving the Company’s goals and objectives.
Winmar will continue to advance the exploration and development of the Hamersley Project, to increase its value as a significant high quality, iron ore asset in a highly sought after Pilbara location.
